‍Wonderfruits Thailand Travel Package Consent and Liability Waiver

‍By participating in the Wonderfruits Thailand Travel Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This consent form serves to clarify responsibilities and establish expectations for the event.

‍1. Acknowledgment of Personal Responsibility

‍Participants understand and accept that they are responsible for their own actions and personal safety throughout the duration of the trip, including during transportation, accommodations, and all event-related activities. Any risk involved in attending the event is acknowledged and voluntarily assumed.

‍2. Liability Waiver

‍The organizers of the Wonderfruits Thailand Travel Package, including any associated travel providers, accommodation venues, and event facilitators, are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. Participants agree to release and discharge the organizers from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in this event.

‍3. Health and Safety

‍Participants certify that they are in good health and have no medical condition that could be aggravated by participation in event activities. It is the participant’s responsibility to carry any necessary medication or emergency contacts. Should any health issues arise, the participant acknowledges that medical assistance may not always be immediately available, and the organizers are not responsible for providing medical care.

‍4. Alcohol Consumption

‍Participants are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. The organizers are not responsible for any injury or incident arising from intoxication. Participants assume full responsibility for their behavior and any consequences that may result from alcohol consumption.

‍5. Compliance with Rules

‍Participants agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers, accommodations, and event venues. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund or recourse.

‍6. Assumption of Risk

‍The Participant acknowledges that travel, festival events, and related activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death. This includes risks associated with the consumption of alcohol or drugs, as outlined above. The Participant voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees not to hold the organizers liable for any incident, injury, illness, or death resulting from participation in the Event.

‍7. Indemnification

‍Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, affiliates, and agents against any liability, damages, or costs arising from any claims related to their participation in the Wonderfruits Thailand Travel Package.

8. Photography and Media Release

‍The Participant consents to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional purposes by the organizers. The Participant waives any right to compensation or ownership of such media.

9. Governing Law

‍This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Consent and Liability Waiver Agreement
